Exchange & Refund Policy: Yes, we do exchange but only within 7 days after delivery's acceptance. All items to be exchanged must be in its original conditions (with all tags, no tears etc) on buyer's cost.
No Refunds!!! But we do provide store credit which could be used for future purchases.
All Returns must be sent back with all of the pieces.
Replacement items will only be sent upon receipt of return item(s) from the buyer.
If the Post Office returns shipment due to the following reasons, we will charge re-stocking fee of 10% of the total payment:
1) No one is available to sign for shipment
2) Customer refused to accept shipment
3) Customers address is incorrect due to the customers negligence
Also note, the following are not refundable:
1) The shipping insurance cost
2) The actual cost for shipping
International Buyers – Please Note:
1) Import duties, taxes and charges are
not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the
buyer’s responsibility.
2) Please check with your country’s
customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
Purchase.
3) “These charges are normally collected
by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do
not confuse them for additional shipping charges.”
4) “We do not mark merchandise values
below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government
regulations prohibit such behavior."
